Was there supposed to be an article attached to this post?

Robosigned Conveyance from MERS to BofA Deemed “A Mistake” Post Short Sale – MERS and Fannie Mae Sue Short Sale Seller and Buyer

This is huge! I’m processing three short sale transactions now with the “very recent” dastardly MERS invalid assignment to the Mortgage Servicers of these borrower-homeowners-sellers first mortgages.

These specific mortgage servicers have never been anything other than servicers and somehow they are being bestowed legal capacity& standing plus recipients of 100% of the net cash proceeds through these robo-signed and county recorded documents.

I need more information if someone could be so kind as to provide it.

    Thank you.
